Honey is produced by wild bee of tropical bee (Avis dorsata) from tropical rain forest of Tesso Nilo National Park, province of Riau. It is processed through higienical treatmen without direct contact to human body and chemical contamination. The product consisted of two types with and without water content reduction. Dehumidification processing without changing chemical composition of honey. The business is managed by community group surrounding Tesso Nilo National Park through World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) Supervision
