INTRODUCTION

a. Tax Object Sale Value ( NJOP) or value of real / true with respect to the Tax Object Sale Value of the current year based on an assessment of the Institution / Land Price Assessment Team appointed by the committee;
b. An estimated sale value of buildings by the regional apparatus responsible for the building;
c. Estimated value of crops sold by the regional apparatus responsible for agriculture.

based on Presidential Decree on our soil as the assessment team who joined in MAPPI ( Indonesian Society of Appraisers) www.mappi.or.id which permits our assessment issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.

BASIC LAW

In conducting the assessment of land for public purposes we KJPP Suharto Toto & Co take a few excerpts rules - rules like below;
- Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No.. 36 Year 2005 on Land Procurement for Implementation of Development For the Public Interest; that refers to: - Article 4 paragraph ( 1) of the 1945 Constitution;
- Law No. 5 of 1960;
- Law No. 51 Prp. 1960;
- Law No. 20 of 1961;
- Law No. 24 of 1992;
- Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No.. 65 Year 2006 regarding Amendment No. President of the Republic of Indonesia. 36 Year 2005 on Land Procurement for Implementation of Development For the Public Interest;
- Regulation of the Head of National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia No.. 3 In 2007, on the Implementation Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No.. 36 Year 2005 on Land Procurement for Implementation of Development For the Public Interest, as amended by Presidential Decree of Republic of Indonesia No.. 65 of 2006.

From the rules above we quoted some parts that are relevant to this assessment task, among others:
1. Presidential Regulation No.. 65 In 2006, Article 1, paragraph 3: Procurement of land is any activity to gain ground by providing compensation to the release or surrender of land, buildings, plants, and objects relating to the land.
